Terms of Service

These terms explain what Roby Monitor provides, how plan limits and billing work, and which responsibilities remain with the customer.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1.Scope and provider

These terms apply to Roby Monitor services supplied by Roby Monitor. Roby Monitor is offered to businesses and organizations acting in a professional or commercial capacity. The person ordering confirms that they are authorized to represent that organization. The order, checkout confirmation and selected plan form part of the agreement. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

2.The service

  • Roby Monitor performs controlled provider-API samples, website checks, competitor comparisons and reporting; it is not a complete market-wide prompt index.
  • AI answers can change by provider, model, time, location and available sources. Scores and advice support decisions but do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or a future AI answer.
  • The customer remains responsible for reviewing advice before changing a website, content, legal statement or business process.

3.Accounts and acceptable use

  • Keep credentials and recovery codes confidential, use individual accounts and promptly report suspected compromise.
  • Do not scan systems without authority, bypass plan limits, overload the queue, upload unlawful content or use the service to violate third-party rights.
  • The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for company, competitor and user information submitted to the service.

4.Products, scope and billing

  • The checkout shows the binding price, currency, tax treatment and purchased product. Public price information is explanatory.
  • The one-time AI Visibility Analysis includes the purchased measurement, online result, PDF report, website action plan and one personal walkthrough of the result. It does not renew automatically.
  • Implementation, a web-developer handoff pack, remeasurements and quarterly checks are separate optional services unless the accepted order explicitly includes them.
  • A technically incomplete report can be regenerated; measurement outcomes and future AI visibility themselves are not guaranteed.

5.Customer content and reports

The customer retains rights in submitted company content. The customer grants the limited permission needed to crawl the supplied public website, send measurement context to configured providers and create reports. Roby Monitor retains its software, methodology, templates and branding. Reports may be used internally and shared with authorized recipients; raw provider output may remain subject to provider terms.

6.Availability and changes

We use a queue, retries and status monitoring but do not promise uninterrupted availability of our service or external AI, email, payment and Search Console providers. Maintenance, security incidents, provider changes or force majeure can delay work. Material changes that negatively affect a paid plan are communicated reasonably in advance where practicable.

7.Suspension, termination and liability

We may restrict access to protect customers, comply with law, address non-payment or stop serious misuse. We will restore access when the cause is resolved where reasonably possible. Each party remains liable where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. For other direct loss, any contractual limitation stated in the accepted order applies; neither party excludes liability for intent, fraud or other non-excludable matters.

8.Privacy, law and contact

The Privacy & Cookie Statement explains data processing. Contact support@robymonitor.com for service or contract questions. Dutch law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise; parties first try to resolve a dispute in good faith before using the competent court.
